Dell XPS -ONE Desktop looping

Anyone experience with a Dell XPS-ONE Desktop running Vista, looping when it tries to load windows. At power up it beeps about 6 or 7 times?

The beeps are a diagnostic code of sorts, count the number of short and long beeps and google it
