I am on the 100mb package only got it in today
done several speedtests, constantly getting around 11mb :/ on my old internet I was getting 17mb

have to say though I am getting low ping which is great, and it seems VERY stable
    so I am happy
but how am I only getting a 11mb on the 100mb package? I am about 100m from the cabinet as well

don't know where the exchange is but still quite annoying was hoping for speeds of 40-50mb+ on that kinda package, was not expecting the full 100 but been close would be nice

I am also testing by wireless but still it should be alot higher as I have gotten higher on my old broadband by wireless so seen as this is the upgrade , it should be higher no?

Packet loss is 0 by the way, don't have java so it didnt test it that time

    That's wireless bottleknecking.

Login to the modem and change it from 40mz to 20mhz and try different channels.
