Using a IP camera with a Netopia 3347

Hi, I have a netopia 3347 router with eircom. I recently bought an Apexis IP camera. While I can successfully connect at home (via 192.1 etc), I've no idea how to connect outside.
I got my IP address, set up a port forwarding through the NAT menu but no joy. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know with the Netopia routers you have to set the firewall setting to Low.

Great. I'll have a go at that next.

Also, set the camera to a port other than 80

I'm nowhere near it now. I'll back be to it in a few days. I'll let ye know.
