Bahahahaha!!! It is painfully 1980's, isn't it?! The utter bang of the 1980's off it is quite remarkable... But still, that kinda thing is why I love the 1980's brand of metal/rock... it was so overblown and ridiculous (in every way possible) and because of that (not despite it) it was so MUCH FUN!!!
Seriously, if you can find a better track to play air guitar to and to mime along emotively with the vocals......... I've said too much....

Brought it up in another thread, but there was a huge section in that Global Metal documentary surrounding Japan and its metal.
I was disappointed that they didn't being up EZO while they were there. Cracking band they were.0 -

Well worth a look. Sam Dunn has released two documentaries on Heavy Metal (Metal: A Headbanger's Journey and Global Metal) and a television series (Metal Evolution).
All are well worth a look. He is very enthusiastic about the whole thing and he is a qualified sociologist/anthropologist, so he gives a slightly scientific slant to the whole thing. Which is very cool.0 -
