CPR/manual handling courses in Sligo

I am due to start a Healthcare assistant work experience placement as part of my FETAC level 5 course. Before I begin the placement I need a manual handling and CPR cert, does anyone know if these courses are held anywhere in Sligo? I have searched online but can't find any info

Have you tried CMD training in Collooney or FRS training. Check their websites.

Innishfree Safety are based in Sligo and running various first aid courses. Have a fairly active fb page but I can't share the link. Seem to get good reviews!
