Selling the m6 wheels at the minute and the chaps i've dealt with all seem sound though, no rubbish like that thankfully. Meeting a chap tonight, they're not perfect but i've described and priced them as such. Wait and see i suppose :)

If I still had my e60 I would have bought those off you in a heartbeat and sprayed them matte black. I think they looked cool.
Then again, they are marmite on an e60 as many people seemed not to like them.

    I know.
Regretting selling that car now. Well, not that specific car due to the intermittent issues and potential big bills awaiting it's new owner. But it was a cool car when it worked (and when 166 man stayed away from it)

    I'm considering buying another e60, this time a 530i/540i and lpg'ing it.
There was even a 550i for sale in the UK not so long ago.

I hate that feeling when you can't find keys. Happened to me last week, found them 10 minutes later though. I have lanyard attached to them so they are easier to carry and find. Maybe you should attach a big keyring or something when you find them.

I have a single steel key for the Saab.
I've been meaning to get a key ring or something.

I've seen that a few people have a fairly big wooden ball attached to their keys with a small piece of rope... it should be easy enough to find that. :P

That's generally people with boats. :D

I hate having additional crap attached to my keys that I don't need. If they don't fit comfortably in my pocket then I can't stand it.

Me too, I have my key, a massive fob that looks like the head of alien, house key and that's it, fits nicely

Only if it's a drift car.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,925 ✭✭✭GvidoR

Doesn't necessarily have to be a drift car... which it definitely won't be. Although I wish I could afford to have one.

What is that off Tossy? The one's on the M3 still had a good 3mm on the outside edge, but the inside was canvas and wires poking out. Was crazy, but I understand e46 coupes often have terribly uneven wear across the back tyres because they're cambered like ****?

Came off the front of an Opel Comb. As a matter of interest what brand tyres were on the M3?

If they will be anything like my current ones, then it won't be a problem. :)

Damn it, I bet I'm going to get stuck with a driving test resit after Aug 1st and end up with "Noob" plates for 2 years :(
Should have been faster applying again after the last one.

I'd be thinking that there will be a mad panic for people to have the test done before the 1st!
