Using USB from DVD player

    I am trying to use USB on DVD Player a message coming up on tv saying video codec not supported I have sound but no picture. Can anyone help I have tried using new cable/scart I'm currently using scart to 3 phono one. Thanks

    its nothing to do with connection between DVD player and TV.

    What type of video file are you trying to play? and what is the DVD player that can't play it?


    You could try convert the file on the USB stick you have to MPEG2 using video converter at
    http://www.online-convert.com/
    or a similar site and see if that plays

    (don't delete your original file)

    It's JPEG file and it's a Philips DVD player
