I banged my front tooth last year and needed a root canal a few months later. Since then the treated tooth has started to go grey and it looks awful. I've gone to 2 different dentists so far, the first said to get veneers on both, the other said to get a crown on the damaged tooth. I'm not taking any chances as its my front teeth. I'd really like to get the best professional advise. Is there a specialist dentist who I can go to? I'm not looking for referrals, just a job description ie; orthodontist, dentist??? Thank you.

    Endodontist.
To discuss source of discolouration, & possibility of internal bleaching.

    Prosthodontist.
    If veneer/crown advised by endodontist.
