    Hi all,

I own a Canon MP220 Pixma Printer/photocopier/scanner. When I photocopy a document it comes out with faded lines. However, when the same document is scanned and printed it is fine. Printing from the internet also works perfectly.

Have I a problem with the ink cartridge or is there a problem with the photocopier?

Pls see the attached document showing the problem,

    Thanks

Is there any tippex or anything on the scanner?

It looks as if there is something on it.

Maybe you could contact Canon Tech support on 1890200563

If Canon Tech support cannot resolve this issue over the phone Canon will ask you to bring the unit to their nearest repair agent.

    Hope this helps,
