I want to print off my last tax return from ROS

    ...but cant seem to work out how to do it.

    I go 'Revenue record' > 'Returns', which gives me a list my returns and the option to select and export them.

    When I export them, though, they come in as a rather meagre .csv spreadsheet that has no info bar reg no, document type, tax type and period.

    Anyone know how to do this?

    EDIT: It's the Form 11 Return Summary I'm looking for. I found the various receipts and acknowledgments.

    can you see them through ros offline? did you prepare them yourself?

    It's a tool you download from revenue.ie . I'd normally do a form 11 on it and then go into ROS to import and file it

    Ok. I may have downloaded that; I can't remember. Or maybe I'm just thinking of the digital cert. I'll have a look once the other half is off Facebook...


    EDIT: Nope, don't have ROS Offline.

    Resolved this by adjusting browser settings to allow certain pop-ups.

    Local Revenue Office and the ROS tech crew excellent, by the way!

    Do you happen to remember what pop-ups you allowed, as I'm having the same problem

    I can't remember, but I think they were Revenue-specific ones. Best bet is to ring the Ros support number and they'll talk you through it while you're on the line.
