    Hey

I have been doing some photoshop for art class, like the attached one of the sea, just selected cirlce and transformed and flipped it 180.

That was grand enough to do - but now I want to add differnt images with in the cirlces.

So, attached is old buildings and sea gulls.

I have the cirlces of differnt sizes of teh building and gulls copied onto there own layer, but when I go to layer them up on top of each other, like a bullseye type of thing, it does not let me move anything on top?

    How would I do that?

I hope I explained that okay - is there anyway to get around it?
Its photoshop 7 if that helps narrow it down

    Thanks

Hey not sure about Photoshop 7 as it's quite old and not sure why you are using it, but what you are trying to achieve should be easy enough with a more recent verion of Photoshop. Maybe you could use GIMP if you want to stay licence free.

Are you using the layers palette?

In most instances, imported images need to be rasterized before you can work with them. Right click on the relevant layer in the layers panel and choose 'Rasterize Layer".

make sure the layer you want ontop is the top layer in the layers palette.
