It is about time that Thurles was designated as the permanent home of the Munster Hurling Final.

    Great pitch

Great access from all directions, motorways M7 and M8 left and right of the town.

Plenty of minor roads via Holycross etc.

    Main Line Rail

Every team is well cabable of beating Tipp there.

Great atmosphere in small town centre.

Improves economy of small market town.

***********Toilet facilities are not adequate especially now that alcohol is being sold inside the stadium.

The Forum on Spirituality has been closed for years. Please bring it back, there are lots of Spiritual people in Ireland and elsewhere.

    You're joking aren't you, simply won't happen, shouldn't happen.

Thurles...very poor roads from Limerick side.

Makes sense on one level though, there's no need for all the big stadia in Munster, but seeing as they already exist, it's a non runner.
