    Hi guys,

Just got set up with a UPC net package today and hooked up the modem, all was working fine, got the wifi signal on my laptop and was working great.

However, it's just started getting "No internet access"

It says connected to the UPC connection, but the caution symbol (yellow triangle with exclamation mark) is coming up on the wifi symbol on the taskbar on Windows.

From the time it was working, I plugged the ethernet cable from the modem into my Sky box just to check the on demand features - that all worked fine too for a minutes, but now the internet isn't working at all.

Any ideas of what might be wrong?

    Thanks in advance :)

Have a look at the status page on the router, is it showing any problems? Are the led's on the router showing working status?

Can we see your stats? No
Can we check your leasing logs? No
Can we remotely manage your modem? No

    Call UPC.
