    With the release of Dragon's Teeth I'd say, they are doing it on CTE at the moment, also testing some of the new guns and the riot shield thing....

    Only thing being tested on the CTE at the moment is the riot shield.

    At the moment its another good DICE idea like the mobile arty, active radar missiles, your character shouting random stuff that you can't hear & being unable to play commander from within a match.

    Not on PC myself but they say the second initiative on Reddit is core gameplay....

    So that video still essentially shows a 100-150ms delay between actions on top of whatever ping your getting to the server.
