Cancel Smart Telecom Broadband ( Now Digiweb)

Quick questoon. Signing the parents house up for UPC and switching from digiweb. UPC said they can do the switch over for us. All they need is the uan number. Do we still need to inform digiweb. They'll do it, but double check its done. Also, ask them not to cancel it until after they provide you so that there is no loss of service.
