Yeah, stupid tablets:mad: I have to start having infusions next week so I have to take pills to stop me forming antibodies to the infusion and the pills are tough on the liver, so no booze as long as I'm on the pills:(

3-6 weeks with no electricity, and the price of generators

My laptop just turned off halfway through reservoir dogs. My phone battery is about to go. I can't shower. Can't make tea

I have a nice comfy bed though, sure what's a month when you've a bed!!

Jaysus Mauzo, you're having a pretty shi*ty run of luck these days.

I twisted my ankle 2 days before my honeymoon too.

I feel great though!! We have a roof over our heads and we got back from Croatia this morning!

I have a guy coming to install Sky tv on Monday. 'Where do you want the sky box?'
    'In the sitting room'
    'There's no tv in here'
'Yeah we don't have electricity either' :o

Better give them a ring Monday morning!

When I click on "YLYL" it brings me straight to the last post.

When I click on "Photo's that shook the world" it takes half the day jumping around the thread before it will land on the last post

Have to say I love that thread, and get great laughs from it.
Just sometimes, I look blankly at a post, often with loads of thanks, and don't know what it is about.

I switched the heating on last night only to find that the boiler has died:( Won't be able to get someone in to check it until at least the end of next week. Also my husband checked the oil level, which is shockingly low, don't know how we used so much oil:confused:

    People slurping tea.
Bad spelling in ads on Donedeal. If you can't be bothered to spell the ad properly, I wont be bothered to ring about the ad.

I remember those. They cost a fortune to run and are pretty useless:D Even more expensive than buying oil.

Got hair done earlier on today it felt like the guy washing my hair was using his nails to shampoo it. Then he started hitting my ear with the hairbrush, as he started drying my hair. I asked him to stop, which he did.
Do some hairdressers not realise that it is a living, breathing human being that is in the chair...

Trivial thing but I hate the fact my local Indian take-away has a meal deal offer but it only applies to certain dishes and not the one I feckin' want, meaning I have to spend more money!

Trying to find clothes for work since about three months ago, everything is too fashionable, short tops, high collars, no sleeves, high wasted everything. There's no normal clothes left.

Try Debenhams or Boots, I usually find some for around 30-50 that I like, but they sell cheaper pairs too.

Having only today off work this week and everyone wanting to have a day of nothingness... Lazy day, sorry but I can't sit and stare at a TV after spending a week looking at a monitor!!!??!!

Boring fooks, I even suggested the cinema so we can look at a screen outside, but nope... A car show was on... Nope...

I'm not so self conscious that I can't go anywhere without others, I do it all the time, I prefer my own company, but after 6 days of boredom in work I would of liked to have time out and a laugh..

Gym instead for me, it will be the same when I'm being dragged to something that they want to do :)

Haven't slept properly since Thursday. Needed to get up very early tomorrow morning. Was absolutely exhausted all day today so I was looking forward to getting in to bed early and having a good full healthy night's rest and repair. D'ye think I can ****ing sleep, now that I'm in bed? Nope. Been lying wide awake in bed since 9pm.
