keyboard troubles

my laptop keyboard is doin my head in here,
if i press the r button it comes up er,
if i press the e button it comes up er,
if i press the backspace button it goes back 2 spaces and deletes whatever is two letters back,
if i press the u button it does nothing,
if i press the - button it does the same as enter,
if i press the o button while in a browser it opens up the developer tools section?
anyone got any idea whats goin on? im guessing theres a button stuck or something, but i cant find it for the life of me!
