There are 51 proposals being put forward this Sunday at the HSV meeting. They're going to be there for 10+ hours.

It's all a ploy by the HSV Plus opponents of course. Most of the proposals are bull**** and are only there to waste time. They hope that of the 8k+ that attend on Sunday, some will get bored and leave before the HSV+ vote that takes place at the end. It worked in January and lots of people left, but HSV+ still managed to pass. Hopefully the same happens again.

It's pathetic that the people who claim to love the club are using these underhanded tactics to try and keep their jobs. If HSV+ passes they are all finished at the club and they know it.

86.9% of the 9702 voters have approved HSV+. Ernst-Otto Rieckhoff, the HSV+ initiator, put forward a motion to move the vote forward ahead of all the other crap and it passed, which is why the result has come so early.

Now the clear out begins. It will be nice to have the club run by people who know what they are doing. They are in talks with Beiersdorfer to return which would be good.

Have it from a good source that Beiersdorf has already agreed to end his Russian exile!!!!

Kühne will put in €25 million, where is the rest coming from??

It was revealed by Karl Gernandt (President of new council) today that Beiersdorfer has a clause in his contract letting him leave if a German club makes an approach.

Kühne is the only known investor so far.

Signing Stieber from Fürth for €1.2m is decent business by us. I thought they would look for more than that. We need a good option on the left wing, Ilicevic is probably gone because he cannot stay healthy.

Mancienne is being linked with Sunderland, but I am hoping he gets a new contract. I'd rather have him instead of Djourou & Sobiech.

Breathrough! €19.5M bid accepted. Final details being sorted between Dortmund and Juve for Immobile :D

According to @RNBVB, Freiburg either want to loan Ginter back for another year or have Ginter sign a pre-contract with Dortmund for 2015.

After me thinking Fortuna Koln had infact gotten promoted automatically to Bundesliga 3 after winning the Regionalliga West they finally got promoted today after beating Bayern Munchen U23 on away goals in the second leg of their play off.

Skip to 6minutes to see the best piece of goalkeeping :)

I wonder has he given up football and is focusing on bodybuilding as a career now? Maybe he is just bored.

    (It's Wiese BTW)

Marcel Schmelzer, Shkodran Mustafi and Kevin Volland not going to Brazil......

Seeing as there are many Bundesliga Watchers here, how True is this Guy's Statement?
Can is like a carbon copy of Sahin, you'd swear they were twins, play so similarly and even look like each other

I've seen Sahin play, but only seen Highlights of Can. But from what I saw, I think they play differently.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,738 ✭✭✭✭Oat23

I don't rate Can at all. €12m is madness.

Sahin is much, much better than him. Carbon copy me hole.

Schmelzer definitely didn't deserve to go and would have done so based on his club's name had he done so.

Mustafi and especially Volland are damn unlucky not to be going. Madness Volland isn't going in fact, but hardly surprising given Loew's history. Had they played a minimal part for Bayern, I'm sure both if not all three would be on the plane.

100% what you are saying. Just hope its the kick up the bum that Schmelle needs to get back to old ways. But having watched the German game on Sunday evening i think it is clear that Durm offers more stability to both club and country.

It would be unbelievable to get Lasogga permanently, everyone assumed there was no hope of it happening but Kreuzer is meeting with his mother (agent) tomorrow to discuss it. She's not the type to waste time, so he must have some interest in returning.

Apart from that and the potential Ostrzolek deal, nothing else is happening at HSV until Beiersdorfer joins from Zenit.

Early reports are that it's a tear of the anterior tibiofibular ligament for Reus and he'll miss the World Cup. Absolutely gutted for him. This was meant to be his tournament.

I suppose, though I was massively confident he was going to stay for the past year despite everyone I knew outside of Dortmund supporter saying/hoping otherwise. This is his club and city. Very different to THE traitor last summer.
Not being overdramatic here, but Reus' absence has taken a shine of the tournament for me somewhat. Really did have big expectations for him (have some money on him as top goalscorer and player of the tourney, though that will be refunded now I think).

Hopefully Durm, Grosskreutz, Weidenfeller and Hummels come back in one piece.

I actually didnt expect much from him at this WC. Was sure he would play but somehow had a feeling having watched him during games towards the end of the season that he wasnt 100%, if it was tiredness, a little injury or being careful for the WC i am not sure.......

As for the Traitor, he was tapped a long time before last summer. 100% tactic from FCB, they used the same with Neuer........young attractive model who lives in Munich (parties in Düsseldorf, Köln or Dortmund) the lad falls in love and then she starts putting pressure on to move closer to her. When the iron is hot his agent is informed of FCBs interest and in the case of the Traitor he was told exactly how to get out of his contract. Sign a new contract with a get-out clause.......get out clause is naturally what FCB want to pay for him. But look at his playing time this year...........says it all. The next Poldi waiting to happen.....

I was hoping Reus would lead the line, but alas, Loew sees things differently (and incorrectly).

Can't disagree with your comments on Traitor. I'll always be sour about that. Hard not to be.

Why may I ask? Dortmund did get around €35m for him I thought.

Also Hertha have signed Cigerci from Wolfsberg and Haraguchi from Urawa. Does anyone have any info on them? I know that Stocker who Hertha signed from Basel is a quite useful player but I dont know anything about the other two.

It's not about the money for me and many. Had we received €50M, I'd still be pretty salty about the whole thing.

He made out he'll be at Dortmund for another few years before news broke of his pending move to Bayern at the time.

He was absolutely adored by the Dortmund faithful.

He went to the 'enemy'. It wasn't like moving from a Europa League side to a Champions League side neither. Dortmund and Bayern are direct rivals. Timing of it was plain awful, it was on the eve of the semi final vs Real Madrid too and was undoubtedly a calculated move by the pro Bayern rag (BILD).

Very crappy thing to do Klopp, especially after losing Kagawa the year beforehand, but at least with Shinji it was known he wanted to try his hand in different leagues during his career.

Himself and Reus at the heart of the Dortmund team in attack would have been special, an extraordinary duo, Kuba would have been a nice compliment piece to them behind the striker. Many Dortmund fans feel robbed of that.

Oh, and I really like Stocker. Always impresses me whenever I've seen Basel over the years.

Despite half keeping an eye on the J League from time to time, I wouldn't know much about Haraguchi tbh. Oatsey might though since he follows it.

Would you not regard Lewandowski as more of a traitor though? You got nothing for him. At least ye got money for Goetze.

Yeah hoping that Stocker will be a good signing for Hertha. He looked good in the CL and EL with Basel. Hertha need to replace Ramos (whom ye signed) badly. That second half of the season collapse was awful.

I have no time for Lewandowski and merely put up with him last season. He had his moments and his goal tally in the end was more than fine, but he was dreadful a lot of the time too which people who don't watch BVB regularly don't realise. Inconsistent finishing and lack of effort namely were what I criticised him for. It's littered throughout this thread how I felt he should be either subbed or dropped and either Aubame or Reus should lead the line at times throughout the season.wanted him sold last summer, especially if replaced adequately. He's been replaced more than adequately with the signings of Immobile and Ramos now though. Thanks for the memories and all that Lewy, but I hope he flops. Unfortunately he won't. Probably won't.

But in comparison to the Traitor, well Gotze was more or less a Dortmund boy given he came through the academy and was considered the jewel in the crown so to speak., so it's harder to stomach than Lewy's situation.

edit - yeah, Hertha's form the second half of the season was dodgy to put it kindly. They were a fantastic team to bet on in the first half of the season as I can testify too :pac: Ramos Wincast was an auto cash play.

    Haraguchi -

It's hard to find unbiased opinions on him, because Reds fans love him (been there since he was a kid) and don't post any negative things. He never dealt with the pressure of being a star for one of the biggest teams in the country and never hit the heights being talked about 18-24 months ago. A fresh start might help him finally fulfill his potential. €500k isn't a lot and it could turn out to be a great transfer. They have Hosogai there to help him settle in also.

Speaking of Japanese playmakers, I wonder where Kiyotake will go? I don't see him staying and playing in the 2BL, but I doubt clubs will be lining up to sign him based off his performances last season.
A good world cup would be huge for him.

I also want someone to give Usami another chance. He was only 19 when Bayern signed him and it didn't work out, then he and his advisor made a terrible decision by signing with Hoffenheim.

Big difference between Fötze and Lewa is very simple.....

Lewa didnt sign a new contract, he never said he wanted to stay at Dortmund..........his management mismanaged the whole affair but he honoured his contract and although he never said it till the last minute (which was influenced by BVB) that he was moving, everyone knew what was coming and where he was going.

Fötzes management on the otherhand approached the club to extend his contract, insisted that a €35 million get out clause be included in case BVB didnt sustain their challange nationally and internationally, Fötze then went public and told the fans that she was very happy in Dortmund and wanted to be there longterm. 3 months later FCB make a bid which is exactly her get out amount and she signs before the club can react. 2 days later he tells the FCB newspaper Bild that he sleeps in FCB bed clothes etc......all new for his friends and team mates in Dortmund.
