Hi! Sorry if this is in the wrong category. I recently reset my laptop and when I try to open any office tool, it's asking me for the key that's on the packaging - this has long been thrown out - or to try a trial run or actually buy this again.. Surely there is a way to access this again?? Or does anyone know where I can…

If you threw out your license you'll need to buy Office again. Look for a piece of cardboard with a holographic sticker you got with the laptop, if you threw it out nothing much you can do. LibreOffice is an alternative, if you want a free office suite
