Amazon order in my account - possible fraud - what do I do?

I just checked my email to see someone had placed an order through Amazon.com. They ordered a bicycle tyre in the US from my account. I then got an email saying the payment was declined. What should I do to report this?

To Amazon after you've changed your password and then scan your PC for any suspicious software (i.e. key loggers etc.).

are you sure the order is on your account and its not a phishing email that looks like an order from amazon.

do not click on any part of the email - simply go into your amazon account and see if there is any purchase pending. If not, delete the email and forget about it.

Yes I logged in to my amazon account and the order is there.
How can I find the appropriate way to contact Amazon to tell them?
