I'm finding since the upgrade that I'm losing the connection a lot, especially when streaming (e.g. rte player). Hi,
I've just upgraded from 'ordinary' 3mb broadband to Vodafone fibre power broadband.
I'm finding since the upgrade that I'm losing the connection a lot, especially when streaming (e.g. rte player).

It happens every 10 mins or so and then you have to wait for the connection to be re-established. The old broadband didn't do this and it's getting pretty annoying.

Does anyone know what might be causing this-is it the connection between the device and the modem or is it the broadband signal itself?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
