    U have to put on the bet and its refunded if it loses.Once the game kicked off u can do it.Match would have gone to the in play macket.

    I'm having trouble withdrawing that money from the RM game. Deposited 100e. So got the sign up bonus which I havn't used yet, so they gave me 100 to bet. So over 200in account. Yet saying if I withdraw my bonus will go?:/

    You wont be able to withdraw any money because you took the sign up bonus.You will have to turn over your initial stake +the bonus 3 times before you can withdraw anything or lose the 100% bonus.
    It doesn't matter that you haven't used the bonus,once you take it, your caught.

    You have to rollover the sign up bonus a few times,so I'd say you need to stake another couple of hundred quid before you withdraw or you'll lose the bonus.The odds have to be something like over 1.5 for each bet as well I think.

    So I should just leave the bonus? Don't understand how I'm "caught" withdrawable amount of money is 150. 100 bonus. It's called withdrawable for a reason, so I can withdraw. Yet they're saying I can't. So really, 150 isn't withdrawable

    How much did you lodge initially ?

    How much is the Current Withdrawal Balance ? While I was waiting to turnover the bonus that was always zero IIRC.

    Peeps if you bet on an Inplay market before the Madrid game kicked off and lost do they refund as per promo. Or does it to kick off as per t&cs. Strange having the Inplay market when the game still has 5 min to go. I put on another bet anyway and that won so will I get refunded for the first bet. Made 5 min before kick off on an Inplay market. Sent them an email anyway to see. Only 10€ so if it's a no it's a no.

    Thought about this just before the game but I'd say you'll not be getting refunded as the game hadn't actually started. They have a strange way of doing things on Bet365 when they put up the in-play market before KO.
