Should I wait about 30 minutes before brushing teeth after breakfast?

    Hi.

I heard that you should wait about 30 minutes (1 hour from another source) before brushing your teeth after eating due to the acidic environment in your mouth -- brushing then can increase enamel erosion. After the half hour, your mouth returns to a neutral acidic/alkaline balance.

Would this apply to a meal of cereal + cows milk + a glass of orange juice + a cup of tea (soy milk + no sugar) in the morning?

    Thanks.
