I'm working in Naas at the moment but I'm commuting from another county. I pass the Curragh every day and it looks like it would be a nice place to go running in the evening after work. Are their defined paths/tracks for running there? Where is the best access point to the Curragh for running and is there convenient parking available there? Are there parts of it which are off limits to the public?
