    You have been told to devise a metric to use to compare a number of prototypes by manufacturing
    cost. Using a linear scale from 0 to 10 derive an equation for the cost metric given the following
    constraints:
    If product costs ≥ €1000, 0 points are awarded.
    If product costs ≤ €400, 10 points are awarded.
