Hey all.

Unfortunately the excellent resource that was corkpublictransport.com seems to be gone. It contained a few of the routes laid out in a full and proper map - very useful for those who like to plan a journey.

I previously made a few maps myself with routes, so I'm updating here to add a few more.

Here are all the maps I've made. Hope ye like. Let me know of any changes or errors and I'll see if I can edit them. I plan on making a few more in my spare time (Maybe Bus Eireann should be paying me )

Yeah, that address seems to have been hacked ot something for a while now.
Fair play with the maps. I love the Bus Eireann location markers

Added Route 209A - this one is a bit tricky, as I never traveled it and the routes seem to have changed in various resources online. However, the bits I did get from the net seem to be the most up to date.

If anyone travels the 209A (AKA 209 South) do let me know if I messed up

I'd suggest to update openstreetmap.......

There are different ways of printing information for osm. A nice example (doesn't work for Cork - no proper tagging in osm):

Thanks, I hadn't even considered OpenStreetMaps though I'll definitely have a look into it.

The major advantage to using a Google oriented map system (for me at least), is it's easier to use on mobile and share with friends who also use Google Earth via KML/KMZ files.

Check http://osmand.net/ for your mobile.

OsmAnd has option for public transport routing (Search-> Last tab on the right), but it is only as good as the information on OSM maps.

I added "network=Bus Éireann" to an existing route and looks like it works:

The route shown is probably not complete- we have to add more "network=Bus Éireann"
