SLAs for software

    Would a software product supplier such as Sage for payroll software have a service level agreement for that software e.g. for support etc?

    If not what would be the closest thing to an SLA?

    It'd be dependant on the service, service provider, contractual obligations and how much you are willing to pay for the SLA.
