hi, I hope some one can help. About 8 months ago I changed the SSID and WPSK key on this modem as I am sure my unsavoury neighbour was trying to hack it, any way, I can't remember how to reset password/login, can any body kindly assist. Thanks.

Usually you can restore a router/modem to factory settings by resetting it - hold the button at the back for 30 secs.
