    Oh Riley?

"Wayne goes walkabout" is a poor mans "Ken on the course."

It seems to be mostly his putting. But if it is, he turned it around pretty quickly since he couldn't buy a putt in the first two days and was putting 29 footers on the last day.

Amazingly enough he was not practising his putting to any proper extent, but that has changed recently and now he is....... so hopefully we will see improvements in the not to distant future

McGinley must be loving the fact that Martin won it by holding his nerve after the rain delay. Perfect preparation for Gleneagles at the end of ( a wet ) September.

Martin was man enough to admit his third shot on 16 was a mistake.

"Ken on the course" is my favourite part of BBC coverage. When he got the pool balls out at Augusta I was thinking, WTF is this but then I remembered Ken is a genius and you should never question genius

    Can't say I did :)

(The 2 on the 3rd tee were in shot an awful lot. Found myself forgetting about golf quite a bit)

Poor viewing figures continue for The Players. Down 54% on last year and lowest Sunday figures for 15 years.

A real shame- I thought it was a terrific tournament. Kaymer and Spieth were a joy to watch and terrifically sporting throughout. And a great venue for a tournament too.

I upgraded to the Sky Perv HD box recently, worth every cent.

the Tiger Draw........ the game still needs him, actually the Game needs someone new to take over his mantle.

Used to have UPC, then upgraded to HD just in time for the last Ryder cup. Was really pissed off to find out that Sports HD was extra again so I told them to shove it.

When I got Sky in recently it was laughable how UPC tried to keep me telling me that SKY HD was going to cost me €15 but they only charge €5.......... yea you do, plus the €10 for Sky Sports HD!!

Anyway, best thing ever is the sports in HD, and for me the most noticeable is the golf, it really is unreal, and yea you are right, it is worth every penny ;)

What does it matter to us who else is watching it? Or whether the players are playing for a 6 million dollar pot or a 3 million dollar pot?

More people watch > more sponsorship > more tv coverage.
I would have thought that fairly clear.

Shame to see he is going to miss the cut after yesterday's round. I think he was in pain with a arm/elbow injury. Follow him on twitter - always comes across as a nice bloke.

Also, Casey's back nine 27 was seriously impressive!!

Anyone know why PGA Tour Radio:

    http://pgatour.cbssports.com/liveaudio/

suddenly requires a subscription whereas it was free up to now? And it even says on their site you only need a sub from Mexico/Canada and is free from the rest of the world.

Unreal outcome on that Harrington shot, bounces into the cup and out again!

Credit to Mike Weir. Showing Harro you don't need to be long to compete. As long as your straight and have a good short game...... Like what Harrington used to have

True but it's a lot of years since Mike Weir last competed like tonight. So presumably he's had his own problems whether technical or confidence related.

Strange situation with Dufner and Scott tied for the lead but have to wait another hour for a probable playoff. Still 5 groups out on the course but most of them have fallen out of contention

Luckily the Senior PGA is on the red button. Monty is playing great stuff and I would love to see him win. However the commentary for the US Open would be excruciating as the Sky presenters treat him as if he had won a real major.

Clip of Gmac talking about Pinehurst No. 2.

Looking at some of the photos of the course, I think it will be hard to figure out what is wasteland and what is a bunker. Apparently there will be a rules official following every group who will decide if the ball lies in a hazard or not.
