Wicklow broadband issues?

They've been very reliable up to a few weeks ago, but lately our speeds have dropped to as low as 0.4Mb down and 0.5Mb up with ridiculous ping-650ms..on an 8Mb subscription. Anyone else here a customer? How do you find the service lately?

Yep funny you should say that. I've noticed since the weekend my internet is really bad my kids and wife noticed it too. I'm with utv I pay for 20mb broadband but only get in and around 14-17 which I don't mind because it's better than most since I live in the country. Lately it's been not more than 2-4 mb. I've run speed test on wifi and that's the results I've been coming up with I know speed test over a wifi signal is not exact but this is crazy. Anyway I'll be ringing tomorrow to complain.
