restoring Outlook 365 emails

Hi Guys. We changed hosting provider last week and before the change over we backed up all emails etc. I have updated the email accounts with the new hosting details and it is working fine. But I have one problem, when I restore the file with the old emails it retrieves them all ok but then after half an hour there gone…
