Its the newie shape ghia model with all the extras (uk ford demostration car)

So plenty of stuff and good speed and still get 60+ mpg minimum !

Hmmm. If I wanted that, I'd have this!

Couldnt be driving a focus instead of a bmw and a merc

What a boring factor when choosing a car. :P

What kind of a BMW did you have though?

Wouldnt trust lpg like that... not enough fuel stops for them and also 4.2 litre tax ? No way !

LPG is manageable in the east, there's stops in Kildare , lucan and on the N7. Not sure of elsewhere.

The difference in tax is probably 1k per year. So 1k per year more to drive an S8 over a repmobile would be a good deal!

A bit late with this reply, Thats the front driverside tyre, I would say I need a new tyre and the tracking would also need to be done.

Theres a big insurance side to it too of driving an s8 4.2 petrol (to them) to driving a 1.6 diesel focus !

Not really, if you're over 25 and have a bit of NCB

If its got the same interior as the 06 titanium I saw a few years ago - with leather etc - then very nice indeed.

Needs the 2.0 tdci to wake it up though - imo

I've gotten quotes on 540/550i e60's and they were cheaper than what I was quoted for renewal on the skoda.

Cars that are not crashed often do not see the loadings that the engine size would expect.
I paid €600 odd for the year on my 535d for instance, at 26 with 1 year NCB only and a previous claim.

The 535d was last year, through Britton's insurance.
They then wanted 800 odd this year to renew, on a 103bhp skoda superb!
