Hi I was wondering if anyone would recommend a good structural editor?

If you have a synopsis, I'll rip it apart.

I wondered was there an independent editor as I am beginning to realise from talking to people that it seems a bit of a cartel in the publishing industry going on here in Ireland.

I just offered to do a structural on a synopsis for free.

I can recommend a good independent editor if you prefer.
