Does anyone know where i can get hold of a fleshing knife / tool? Can't seem to find one in Ireland or the UK. Lots in the states, but no shipping to Europe. I'm aware it's possible to make them, but would rather buy a reasonably priced one if possible.

I just used a draw knife. I don't know of anywhere selling a fleshing knife, snowdonia did have some but not anymore it would seem.

I got a small one on ebay a couple of years back! There were a couple like the one in the picture for sale at the time. There isn't any on ebay at the moment probably due to the fact thats its off season for hunting/trapping!

Expect the postage to be high, no matter where you find one, shipping from the USA is high at the mo, and fleshing tools make a bulky parcel!

Saying that, if you really want one, yo can get one on any US trapping supply sites! I get my stuff from Schmidt Enterprises, really nice people, and keep shipping prices as low as they can for ya!
