Implants

    Hi,

I need to replace two adjoining missing teeth (molars) either by implant or a bridge. I know implants are preferred but also more expensive. If I choose the implant method, can two crowns be places on one implant? Or would each crown need its own implant/abutment.
If anyone could give me a rough estimate of cost I would appreciate it.

I would also like to get braces, would it be possible to fit braces after having an implant?

    Thanks.

Really your at the early phase of decision making. Best go to a good general dentist to see what the issues are, what the solutions and options are. Don't worry about the design of a prosthesis at the moment you cannot know the details of your situation.

    Hi,

Thank you for the reply. You are right was thinking too much about it. Should take it step by step. Its a little bit daunting. Went to my dentist today, I have an appointment booked with Orthodontist next Thursday. My dentist says it will probably be braces first then we can have a conversation about treatment for missing molars.

Thanks again for your reply. Its a big step for me commencing a treatment plan as I am a very nervous patient. Onwards and Upwards :)
