Ended up with 6 DWG'ers in the end. Rooney's uncertainty left me with no choice but to leave him out, may well come back to bite me.

Took a 4 point hit to swap out Coleman/Nasri for Evra/Toure

Very nearly left Nasri in, but the risk with Toure is just too great imo, another decision that might bite me, but the right one I think regardless of result.

My opponent brought in Jones, RVP and Wickham. Bold strategy. No Suarez or Rooney.

GW comes down to:

Me: Kompany, Chester, Evra, Eriksen, Suarez, Rooney.

Him: Zabaleta, Jones, Coleman, Johnson, RVP, Wickham.

At least our teams are a bit more different this GW after weeks where we literally had about 2/3 differences.

7 doubles. After red arrows in three of the last four weeks I was not best pleased in having to take an eight point hit to re-jig my team after the Rooney news. Had him as captain originally.

I should be pretty safe. Took a -8 and opponent only made one transfer (Coleman-->Vidic) and while I have 8 DGWers to his 6, I think his team is stronger. Still 70 point lead. (62 with the hit!) I can't f-ck this up. Probably.

League leader was 44 points ahead but took a 16 point hit which included the following highlight. Selling rosienor for Jones last Monday.......but then buying Rosienor back for Coleman!!!. And he has benched rosienor........he then sold cazorla for mutch to afford RVP........he has captained aguero tho!
His starting MIDs are Mutch , eriksen, lallana (all singles away from home) and nasri
Mine are yaya , mata captain , Ramsey home and also eriksen.
Surely I will gain ground.......

Right for the first time this season I messed up confirming my team. Had changed Eriksen in for Brown last night on my phone app but mustn't have confirmed it. So now I'm going with this! Hope it's lucky, Wes Brown for a goal against his former club!

Neither of the guys I'm chasing have Rooney, both have Dzeko, Aguero and Suarez up front so Wonky Wayne is now my differential!
