Magnet issue, blamed on eircoms "busy server"

My fatpipe 70 (fibre) with magnet has been acting up for nearly a month now. Model restarts (nearly, power light stays on,rest go off) about 10 times a day. Magnet had eircom out, found no fault. Magnet are now blaming a "busy server" in eircoms exchange, apparently there is 15 other people affected with magnet, but more…

Sounds like buck passing, anyone else affected?

Had terrible packet loss issues with Magnet on a nightly basis during peak hours, for the last 2 months. Seems every other person I know who lives in Cork has had identical issues with Magnet too.
