windows 8..... can't connect to store

Hey guys bought my mother a laptop at Christmas and all of a the sudden I can't connect to the store. I wanted to download some apps to simplify start menu etc When I click the store it appears to load and then cuts back to the start menu Any idea

Reset Windows store cache.

Try running the Apps Troubleshooter (It's a Microsoft link). It resolved my store issues when wsreset failed
