UPC >30Mb Broadband/Horizon Rollout in Blackrock/Stillorgan Border?

Does anyone know when UPC will be rolling out the >30Mb broadband service around the Blackrock/Stillorgan area? Still waiting on it where I am and it's getting frustrating since I want the 120Mb and Horizon services and the lines aren't installed yet.
