What's the difference between backing Liverpool -1 and Liverpool -1.5
In both cases to they not need to win by 2 clear goals for the bet to win?

-1 Asian > Bet void when they win by 1
-1 European > bet lost when they win by 1

So basically, -1 European is the same as -1.5 Asian but for whatever reason, -1.5 Asian is usually slightly better odds.

That's the bit I couldn't get my head around, how it's bigger odds, presumed I was missing something.

You see the same thing with goals... over 2,5 goals is usually slighter worse odds than goal line over 2,5 (bet365)
Only difference is nowadays that goal line bets dont have cash outs.
