Child safety firewall for pc and phone wifi

Hi just looking for some help please , I have Vodafone home wifi and was wondering is it possible to set up security firewall setting on the wifi itself rather than the laptop so its set for phones or tablets etc to make sure the kids cant get onto something they shouldnt something similar to what offices sometimes use a…
