    Hi,

Anyone know/recoomend a Python course in Dublin or Kildare?

I have been looking aroun and can't seem to see any courses on?

I would be looking for a beginner course.

Have looked at a few online courses but think a class based course would be better for me.

    Thanks,
    BobbyT28

i did one on coursera - might be worth a shout even as a precursor to an insitu class, video tutorials, weekly exercises, exam at the end.

Found it good for just gaining an understanding

    What's wrong with http://www.learnpython.org/ ?

There's also the option of buying a book. The one I used was game design related but goes through the full process of learning python...I'm sure there's other python specific books for the same if not cheaper price.

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/0470068221/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

EDIT: Reason I mention those two options is because it would be cheaper than splashing out €200+ for a 1-2 day a week course that isn't going to last long. Run into problems with python and all you have to do is search for solutions online, there's plenty of resources on the internet to help with any problem you run into learning python.
