    Hi there-

    Here's the problem-

I have one large widescreen monitor at my workstation. I have two computers (one desktop, one laptop) that I need to use at various times. I need a cable that facilitates VGA output from two different computers and provides a switch which allows you to switch the input displayed on the one monitor. I'm getting annoyed at having to constantly switch the cable.

Can't seem to figure out the correct terminology to google.

    Cheers

    Oldbie.

"VGA switch box" will bring up possibilities on Amazon and others.

If you use a mouse and keyboard with your laptop, a 2 port KVM (USB version, not old PS2) might be worth considering. (Keyboard, Mouse, Display all changing using the one switch )
