canker sores? Help please

Hi, i have extremly stingy sores behind my lower lip inside my mouth and a couple of ulsears there aswell. Im not 100% sure they are canker sores (i googled it), but prosuming they are is bonjela the best treatment? Help please

Medijel is the bomb. I suffer a lot with mouth ulcers and it's much more effective than bonjela. doesn't sting either
