 . Wore the new spikes for the first time too. Felt very strange at first. They are so narrow compared to normal runners but they were comfortable enough once I got going. Felt really comfortable on the first 200m for all the reps but from the second one in, I was feeling it for the second 200. Its certainly a different kind of pain to the normal sessions we do. I expect its going to take a few weeks to get used to this. Not that it will get any easier.
