supergun wiring question

I'm wiring up a supergun into a cab and something occurred to me : The supergun can take either a jamma PSU or an atx. I was thinking of using the jamma PSU to power the supergun and loop power for the monitor from the input to the jamma PSU. Will I blow myself up ? It would cut Dow. The power leads
