Windows 8 3D Playback

    I have endabled 3d playback on windows 8. I have a 3d tv. I am unable to playback 3d using VLC XBMC and other players.

    My Home theatre and tv are 3d compatable.

    When I enable 3d on the tv the movie goes into sbs mode however the 3d doesnt work.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Usually all you have to do is play the movie as normal, it'll appear as SBS or Top/Bottom, then you turn on 3D on your TV and select the relevant option and the TV turns the full screen split picture into one. Are you playing Blu-Rays or 3D video files?

    3d Video files. I have selected the option on the tv to play on 3d sbs but doesnt work
