Joe is really driving his own bus today... He's already had a side swipe at Ed Walsh, HRI (saying that they were quasi - state in a pejorative way and being completely wrong), and is now lining up his own campaign again Limerick Racecourse... He's not an objective presenter, he's more like Barry Roux collecting evidence for his side of the argument..

We can only hope and pray that there is a massive buckfast-fuelled mêlée at the Garth Brooks concerts this summer, Joe will have to temper his rage given the, ahem, rural make-up of most of his audience

In the promo for this show Joe mentioned a Daily Mail columnist and the President's height.

    That's been binned then?

The radio promos, and what they say is coming up in the show on their twitter account, never reflect what's actually going to be discussed.

Goodness, I zonked out there for a short nap.
I had all sorts of strange dreams of being chased around a racecourse by drunken disc jockeys, then woke up to discover I was naked on Limerick course.

Get young people drunk and gambling from an early age?

    Great for the future.

    And then some coursing.

Larry Gogan has to entertain himself somehow since they took the Golden Hour off him

There won't be much time left for tailors at this rate.

I am going to organise a mass pi*s up at the 1916 celebrations, there will be urinating on statues, getting sick in the tri colour and shouting over the poetry.......the following day I will ring up liveline and tell Joe it's the way Larkin would have celebrated

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,769 ✭✭✭sudzs

They're not exactly free bets, you have to bet say £20 to be given a "free" bet of £20. Or am I missing out on free money somewhere?!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,994 ✭✭✭An Claidheamh

    "Please bet responsibly."

That should make a difference. Clearly worked with the booze.
