Whats pulling into Dublin Harbour today? (11/04)

So all knowing boardies, I work with a view right across from Dun Laoirghe and Howth. Today there is a pretty decent size grey ship with what looks like a landing pad are at the back. Seems to be military but its hard to tell from this distance. Are we being invaded again?
