Trinty pirate party pirate bay proxy down / blocked?

This has been sending me to UPCs pirate bay block page for the past few days. Has this proxy also been blocked? Or is there just a problem with it? This happened for a bit the last time the pirate bay moved address, though this time it has been not working for significantly longer than that time.
